| All room rates are based on 1-2 people, $50 per person after 2 . One night deposit (without tax) to reserve rooms. Parents please keep in mind the Gazebo Inn Ogunquit is a relaxed and quiet atmosphere and not an appropriate setting for children and generally there are no children at the Inn. We gladly accept children at our Captains Quarters location and is a much better setting for kids. |

Groups may rent the entire Inn November - May not including Memorial day weekend , a $1000 charge above all room rates and additional people is charged for renting the Inn, a minimum of 3 nights is required.
All rates are per night for an occupancy of 1 or 2, $50 per night for each additional guest , Gazebo Inn Ogunquit is not be appropriate Inn for children.
All rates are subject to the prevailing Maine State lodging tax, to be paid at check in.
Master Card, Visa,Discover American Express,Checks, Cash and gift cards are accepted for balance at check in, reservation must be secured with a major credit card.
Deposits on any major credit card - An average of one nights stay (without tax) deposit to reserve rooms, balance + current state tax is due upon arrival at check in please. This is a nonrefundable deposit for groups of 3 rooms or more.
Cancellation - There is a $35 cancellation fee per room on all cancellations. The remainder of the deposit will be refunded if we are notified 21 days prior to your arrival date via check. Within 21 days the cancellation fee is one nights stay, there are no refunds for late arrivals or early departures. Deposits are not refundable on reservations made for 3 rooms or more. Changing dates within a reasonable time frame does not incur any cancellation fees.
All rooms are non -smoking in ordinance with Maine state law., Smoking is permitted in outside areas 25 feet from any building per Maine State law, a $200 charge will be charged to your card on file for smoking in our rooms. No Smoking in the pool area for the comfort of all guests please, we have provided a nice smoking area in our Gazebo.
